Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you request a quote, place an order, or use our 3D printing and manufacturing services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, submitting an order, or using the services of Shenzhen Jinghui 3D Prototype Technology Co., Ltd. ("Jinghui 3D", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are acting for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. These terms apply unless a separate written contract (such as a signed purchase order or NDA) explicitly states otherwise.
2. About Our Services
Jinghui 3D is a manufacturing supplier. We provide custom parts and prototypes on demand — including SLA/SLS/FDM 3D printing, vacuum casting, CNC machining, mold making and finishing — built to your drawings and specifications.
- We manufacture parts to order; we do not sell off-the-shelf 3D printers or standardized components.
- All specifications, pricing and lead times are confirmed per project through our quoting process.
3. Quotes & Orders
- Quote requests: Submitting files and requirements via our contact form or email is a request for a quote, not an order.
- Quotes: Provided quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the files, quantities, materials and finishes you supply.
- Order confirmation: An order is formed when we accept it in writing (for example by issuing a proforma invoice or written confirmation).
- Design responsibility: You are responsible for the manufacturability, accuracy and legality of the files and specifications you provide.
4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- Your IP stays yours. Any drawings, CAD files, designs and related intellectual property you share remain your property.
- Confidentiality: We treat all project files and communications as confidential. We will not use your designs for our own products, disclose them to competitors, or reproduce them beyond fulfilling your order.
- NDA: We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request before you share sensitive files.
- Our IP: Processes, know-how and any generic content on this website remain the property of Jinghui 3D.
5. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are quoted in the currency stated on the quote and exclude taxes, duties and shipping unless specified.
- Payment terms (such as deposit and balance, or 100% in advance) are set out in the order confirmation.
- Production typically begins after payment or deposit is received, per the agreed terms.
- For international orders, Incoterms and division of duties/customs fees are defined on the quote (we commonly ship DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — to simplify import for you).
6. Production & Lead Times
- Stated lead times are estimates based on the agreed scope and our then-current capacity.
- We aim to quote within 24 hours and to meet agreed delivery dates, but quoted times are not legally guaranteed and may vary with order complexity and volume.
- We will notify you promptly of any material delay.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS or FedEx, with tracking provided on every order.
- We deliver to 30+ countries and can arrange DDP where available, handling import clearance and duties.
- Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterms; under DDP, risk generally passes to you upon delivery at the destination address.
- You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for any import requirements not covered by the chosen Incoterm.
8. Quality, Inspection & Tolerances
- Parts are produced to the tolerances and standards stated in the accepted order. Standard prototype tolerance is typically ±0.1 mm for printed features, varying by technology, material and geometry.
- We perform in-house inspection and can provide inspection reports or photos on request.
- Please inspect delivered parts promptly and report any issue as set out in the warranty section.
9. Warranty & Defective Parts
- We warrant that parts will conform to the agreed specifications and be free from manufacturing defects.
- If parts are defective, notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos/measurements. Where a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, rework, remake, or issue a proportional credit/refund.
- This warranty does not cover issues arising from your design, files, material choices, misuse, or normal wear.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits or production downtime), except where excluded by mandatory consumer or product-safety law.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, transport disruptions, customs actions, cyber incidents, or supplier failures.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith discussion; where unresolved, they may be submitted to the competent courts in Shenzhen, Guangdong. For customers in other jurisdictions, mandatory local consumer protections may still apply.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
