Demand for strong, support-free nylon parts has climbed sharply among our European and North American customers. This quarter we brought two new SLS lines online to keep pace.
Why nylon, why now
SLS nylon is the workhorse behind many of the functional parts we ship: snap-fit enclosures, jigs, fixtures and low-volume end-use components. Unlike resin printing, there are no support structures to remove, and the parts are noticeably tougher.
With two additional lines, we can now run more materials in parallel — PA12, PA11 and TPU — without queueing jobs behind each other. Typical SLS lead time drops from 4 days to 2-3 days for most orders.

What this means for customers
Faster turnaround, more stable pricing on repeat runs, and the ability to scale from a single prototype to a few hundred units without changing supplier. For teams validating a product, that removes a common bottleneck.
