Low-Volume Manufacturing & Small-Batch Production

Scale from prototype to pilot production without committing to injection tooling. Our factory blends printing, casting and CNC to make 20–1000 units economically.

Why a 3D printing factory, not a trader

Jinghui 3D is a Shenzhen-based 3D printing and prototyping factory, not a trading company and not a 3D-printer equipment seller. We run our own workshop with SLA, SLS, FDM, CNC machining, vacuum casting and in-house finishing under one roof. What we make for you is custom printed parts, prototypes and low-volume production runs — we do not sell 3D printers or resell hardware. You deal directly with the people who operate the machines.

Production without the tooling commitment

Low-volume manufacturing lets product teams validate the market and fulfill early orders before investing in steel tooling. We combine 3D printing, vacuum casting and CNC so each part is made by the most economical process at its volume.

Process-to-volume mapping

1–20 units: 3D printing. 20–100+: vacuum casting. Tight-tolerance or metal: CNC. As volume crosses into the thousands, we help you transition to injection molding with a ready design.

How it works

From file to finished parts in days

  1. Send files & requirements. STEP / IGES / STL, target material, quantity and tolerance.
  2. DFM review. We flag thin walls, support needs, draft angles and tolerance risks before we print.
  3. Quote in 24 hours. Clear process recommendation and honest lead time — no middleman markup.
  4. Build in-house. Printed, CNC-machined or vacuum-cast in our own factory.
  5. Finishing. Cleaning, sanding, painting, electroplating, transparent polish and assembly.
  6. QC & ship. Dimensional check to ±0.1 mm, photos provided, worldwide express / DDP.
Why our factory

Why buy from a 3D printing factory

Factory-direct pricing

No trading-company markup. You pay for machine time and material, not a reseller's margin.

One integrated workshop

SLA, SLS, FDM, CNC, vacuum casting and finishing in one building — fewer handoffs, tighter quality.

Fast iteration

24-hour quotes and 1–4 day lead times let your engineering team move quickly.

IP protection

NDA on request, file handling under confidentiality, no drawings shared with third parties.

Note: Jinghui 3D is a manufacturing factory. We make custom parts and prototypes for you — we do not sell 3D printers or resell equipment.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Q: What counts as low-volume?

Roughly 20 to 1000 units — above that, injection molding usually wins.

Q: Do I need a mold?

Not for printing or CNC; vacuum casting uses low-cost silicone molds, not steel tooling.

Q: Can you scale with me?

Yes. We help transition to injection molding once volume justifies it.

Q: How does this reduce risk?

You avoid large tooling spend and inventory, paying only for what you need.
