EV Bracket Prototype & Pilot
A desensitized project from our Shenzhen factory. Names and figures are altered; the process and outcome reflect how we typically deliver for this kind of application.
The challenge
An EV startup needed to validate a mounting bracket for a new vehicle subsystem. They had a CAD model but no tooling, and needed physical parts fast to test fit and stiffness before committing to injection molds.
Our solution
We printed an SLA verification copy in one day for fit-check, then CNC-machined the pilot batch in aluminum to true production geometry. Our engineers ran a DFM review, flagged two wall sections for thickening, and delivered dimensional reports with every unit.
Results
50 aluminum brackets shipped in 12 working days, ±0.1mm, with full inspection reports. The client validated the design and moved to tooling with confidence.
Why Jinghui — a factory, not a reseller
Because we run SLA, SLS, FDM, CNC and vacuum casting in one Shenzhen workshop, mixed-process jobs like this stay under one quality owner, one schedule and one quote. You get engineered parts, not a marketplace gamble.
Common questions on this type of project
Yes. We run CNC milling and turning alongside 3D printing, so a part can be printed for validation and then machined in its final metal for testing or low-volume supply.
Every production order ships with dimensional checks and a report. For pilot and low-volume runs we can add CMM measurement on request.
